First Sight Films shoots the merchandise lines for SJC Cultural Events (SJCCE) — the nonprofit behind the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall, and the Sing Out Loud Festival. We've produced apparel and product campaigns for three of their brands.
The Amphitheatre's Fall/Winter line was a full production; the Sing Out Loud shoot ran leaner — a single day across three St. Augustine spots: Spinster Abbott's Bodega & Tap Room, the Fountain of Youth, and the famous Magnolia Avenue beside it.
Every shoot delivers fast. SJCCE runs the images across social, a dedicated e-commerce site, and third-party vendor pages.

The same shoots that produce the lifestyle campaign also produce the product line — First Sight Films shoots clean, e-commerce-ready product images alongside the on-model work, so the client gets both from one production. For the St. Augustine Amphitheatre's online store, we shoot the merch on a clean white background, then shoot the same products out in the field for a styled look.
Across the SJCCE brands we've photographed the full merch range. The white-background frames drop straight into e-commerce listings; the in-field frames carry the social and catalog campaigns.

First Sight Films has shot architectural photography for some of Northeast Florida's most recognized spaces. Some frames focus purely on the architecture; others show people interacting with the space, depending on what the image needs to do.
We start with the question that drives everything: where will this live, and what's it for? An ad, an educational or instructional piece, a design concept, a mailer, an email campaign. Sometimes a client doesn't know every use yet, so we shoot to cover them. From there we schedule the session.
How we light it depends on the space and the feel we're after, balanced against the available natural light. For darker interiors like the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall, we use exposure bracketing — capturing the same composition at several exposure levels, then merging them in Adobe Lightroom Classic into one clean, evenly lit frame.

Do you shoot in a studio or on location?
Both. We shoot on location — venues, state parks, downtown St. Augustine — and we shoot clean studio-style product stills (we'll rent a studio space when a shoot calls for it). Often both in one production.
Do you shoot white-background product photos for e-commerce?
Yes — clean white-background stills built to drop straight into online-store and vendor listings (we do this for the Amphitheatre's store), plus styled in-field shots of the same products for social and catalogs.
How quickly will I receive my photos?
Standard turnaround is within 72 hours for edited images delivered via online gallery. Faster delivery can be arranged when a launch date depends on it — just let us know up front.
Who owns the photos and how can we use them?
You get full usage rights — a perpetual license across web, print, social, e-commerce, and vendor sites. First Sight Films retains ownership of the photographs. We deliver edited high-res images, not raw files.
Are you insured, and can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes — we carry $1 million in general liability insurance and can provide a COI for your venue or property ahead of the shoot, including naming them as additional insured if required.
Do you offer video and photography together?
Yes, we frequently combine photo and video coverage for events and brand projects. Bundling services is more efficient and cost-effective than hiring separate vendors.
