St. Augustine Amphitheatre
Four years on call for Northeast Florida's signature stage — concert coverage, broadcast promos for national touring acts, and the product photography that drew the strongest client reactions of the whole relationship.
First Sight Films is a video and photography company in St. Augustine, Florida. We produce corporate films, event and concert coverage, brand stories, and commercial photography for businesses, venues, and nonprofits across Northeast Florida — from the St. Augustine Amphitheatre to Flagler College. This is our work: every page a real project, with real footage, real clients, and real results.
Video and photography, often on the same shoot — built for social, web, and broadcast.
Real projects — every page is a shoot we actually did.

Case studies take time to write; the work doesn't wait.
Not every project has its page yet. Recent work you won't find above includes a brand video for the Ice Plant, St. Augustine's landmark bar and restaurant; event coverage for the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce's 120th-anniversary celebration; the Aviles Street Festival, covered with the St. Johns Cultural Council; and conservation storytelling with Live Wildly and the Florida State Park Foundation. Each of these becomes a full case study as this page builds out, in the same format as the featured four: what the client needed, what we delivered, and the finished work embedded for you to judge. If you're weighing a similar project, each of these formats — brand video, anniversary event, festival coverage, mission storytelling — maps to one of the services linked at the top of this page.
One more thing worth explaining, since every project above was "quoted to scope": the number comes from a short conversation about goals, dates, and deliverables — what the event is, what you need to walk away with, and when you need it. That's how a single festival set and a two-day corporate rally can both get an honest price from the same company. The conversation takes about fifteen minutes, and if we're not the right fit for the job, we'll tell you that on the call. Either way you leave with a real number and a clear picture of what it buys. No retainers required — the portfolio above includes single-day projects and four-year relationships alike.
Three ways projects happen — and one of them is staying on call.
Most of the work on this page started as a single project: one event, one film, one photo session. Some of it became ongoing — SJC Cultural Events, the nonprofit behind the St. Augustine Amphitheatre and Ponte Vedra Concert Hall, has kept us on call for four years across concerts, promos, and photography. And some of it is seasonal: Flagler College's graduation photography returns every May, and the Fort Mose Jazz & Blues Festival brings us back every February.
Regional venues and institutions, and national brands.
The "national reach" in the numbers above is two real trips, not a tagline. Friends of Acadia — the philanthropic partner of Acadia National Park in Maine — brought us up to film the story of their volunteer program: one shoot day shadowing crews on the carriage roads, delivered as a brand film for their website and social channels. The Rocky Mountain Conservancy followed with a two-day shoot in Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado, showcasing the park's newly accessible boardwalk trails; the Conservancy screened the finished film to the Friends Alliance, the national coalition of park support organizations. When the story is right, we travel to it.

Every one. Each page in this portfolio is a project we were hired for and delivered — real clients, real footage, real outcomes. Nothing here is spec work or staged portfolio material.
No — most projects here started as a single event or film. Recurring relationships like our four-year on-call arrangement with SJC Cultural Events grew out of one-off projects that went well. Start with the project in front of you.
Yes. Each project page embeds the delivered films, and we're happy to walk through any project on a call, including what it cost and how long it took.
A shoot, a campaign, an ongoing partnership? We'd love to hear about it.
