With redundancy. We record multiple audio inputs and take a direct feed from the venue's audio board when one is available. Lav mics go at the podium when speakers need them. Bad audio ruins good footage, so we never rely on a single source.

Nothing you would notice. We carry backups for cameras, audio, power, and media, and we shoot multi-camera, so no single failure can cost you a moment that matters.
