These on-site testimonial videos became marketing content for the following year's rally.
HMA Mortgage flew its entire team into St. Augustine Beach for a two-day sales rally, and First Sight Films filmed all of it with a three-camera crew — keynotes, breakouts, panels, and Q&As, plus everything in between: team-building, games, and people connecting. We shot the main sessions in the Anastasia Ballroom and out on the terrace, then pulled folks into the Surf Crest Ballroom, the Atlantic right behind them, for attendee testimonials and product videos.
The challenge with a multi-day rally is that flown-in attendees get tired and don't always read as engaged on camera. First Sight Films studied the agenda ahead of time, mapped the most interactive sessions, and shot the best attendee b-roll on day one before fatigue set in. HMA had a social reel the next day and put the finished videos to work across its website and social channels.
